As the art director of LEADERS, an interactive US Army leadership training DVD and artificial intellegence reseach project at USC's Istitute of Creative Technologies, I recruited, hired and trained 7 interns from 4 area school. In 6 months we created 428 animations for 14 skeletons applied to 75 character models that inhabited 2 detailed environments using the Unreal Tournament engine. These art assets were then assebled in Narratoria, a proprietary real-time sccene composition softeware, to illustrate a 5 chapter, 300 page branching narrative.
