Body Scrub; Gender

Gender is a virtual mirror, that uses a prerendered animation of a blue male symbol changing into a pink female symbol.
Input frames for the Gender filter.

It is intended for display outside of public bathrooms.

It reflects users as male and female symbols.

Gender was developed at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, and was tested during the school's annual faculty retreat in March, 2014.



Gender was an official selection at the Moogfest conference in Durham, North Carolina, May 19-22, 2016. 

North Carolina has become the epicenter of a political battle over transgender rights, because the highly controversial House Bill 2, a.k.a. the bathroom law
